5. Limitation of Liability

Relax with Rum provides non-medical, evidence-informed sleep support based on the Consultant’s professional training and experience. The Consultant is not a medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Sleep plans should not be considered a substitute for medical advice, and you are responsible for seeking input from your GP or health visitor if you have concerns about your child’s health.

While every effort is made to support families effectively, success depends on many factors, including consistency and caregiver engagement. The Consultant cannot guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for sleep issues or other concerns that persist during or after the support period.

6. Termination

The Consultant reserves the right to terminate support if there are safeguarding concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or repeated non-engagement. Where possible, concerns will be raised first to seek a resolution.
