a gentle boost

    • 1 x 60 minute consultation

    1. We start with an in-depth consultation to get to know your family and understand your goals.

    2. Your sleep plan will be sent over based on what we’ve discussed.

    3. You will get two check-ins and I’ll be available for support in between.

A complete reset

    • 1 x 60 minute consultation

    • A 4-night home visit for hands-on support.

    • A custom sleep plan

    • Weekly check ins

    • Five weeks of support (home visit included)

    • Two sets of calm cards - one for you, one for your little one

  • £2300

    1. We start with an in-depth consultation to get to know your family and understand your goals.

    2. We will get you booked in for a 4 night visit

      • Night 1: I arrive after nursery/school pickup and observe your current evening routine. I will stay with you for the full evening, overnight, and leave early morning.

      • Night 2: I arrive 1 hour before bedtime and implement the new plan.

      • Night 3: I arrive 1 hour before bedtime. You will take over the new routine if comfortable, or we can tag team.

      • Night 4: I arrive 1 hour before bedtime. You take the lead, I’m there as your personal cheerleader (and will step in as needed).

    3. You then get 4 weeks of ongoing remote support with regular check-ins and messaging support in-between.

a helping hand

    • 1 x 45 minute zoom call

    • Five days of follow up messaging support

    1. For returning families needing a little boost, you’ll book a 45-minute call to talk things through—I’ll help troubleshoot any changes or setbacks.

    2. You’ll get 5 days of follow-up support after our chat, so you’re covered if anything else comes up.
