This package is highly customisable to suit your family’s needs.
I offer 2 to 4 nights in-person support, and anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks of remote follow-up depending on how much guidance you’d like after our time together.
We’ll talk it all through during the curiosity call to find the level of support that feels right for you.

The process
Step one - You’ll fill in the enquiry form so I can find out more about your little one. I’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours (outside of weekends and holidays). If you haven’t heard anything from me by then, check your junk folder, sometimes my emails sneak in there.
Let’s chat - I’ll book you in for a free 20 minute curiosity call. This isn’t a sales pitch, it’s a chance for us to talk things through and see if we’re a good fit. Most people know pretty quickly whether they’re ready to move forward or not, but typically within 5 days of speaking we’ll agree to working together, or decide ‘no thank you’. On the call we’ll discuss where you’re at and where you would like to be, some package options and what my support would look like.
Moving forward - After you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead, I’ll send over an email with the invoice, contract, routine diary and questionnaire. Once the admin’s out of the way (contracts signed and payment made), we’ll book your consultation, which will usually be around 9 days later to give you time for tracking. The diary and questionnaire should be returned at least 48 hours before your consultation so I can prep and we can make the most of our time together.
Your consultation - We dig into the details. We’ll talk about your current routine, what’s been working (and what hasn’t), your goals and everything I need to know to tailor your support. We’ll build a realistic plan of action and make sure we’re on the same page.
Getting stuck in - For online packages, I will send over a fully detailed plan within 48 hours of the consultation. For home visits, I will either come in with a plan or develop one after observing your family’s routines, depending on the length and type of visit. Support continues via messaging (weekdays only), and you’ll also have the option of check-in calls if anything comes up so we’re not going back and forth with paragraphs.
