Frequently asked questions

  • I wouldn’t call it sleep coaching in the traditional sense - if anything, I’m coaching the parents more than the kids! My main focus is guiding parents to create better bedtime routines for their kids and helping them implement strategies that will lead to better sleep for the whole family.

  • With my experience as a nanny, I’ve worked with all kinds of little ones from feisty to calm. I’m not here to judge, I’m here to listen, guide, and cheer you on every step of the way. Instead of using rigid methods, I focus on creating calming, sustainable bedtime routines that work for you and your little one. I offer practical, personalised solutions tailored to your family and a supportive approach. Not sure if I’m the right fit? Let’s chat!

  • I work with children between 2 and 10.

  • The sleep world is currently unregulated, meaning there's no ‘official’ qualification required to be a sleep coach. However, I have completed a qualification in paediatric sleep and am currently diving into a level 6 advanced paediatric sleep training course taught by industry professionals, to make sure I’m always bringing the best, evidence-based advice to families.

I am also first aid trained, have a DBS and am fully insured.

  • This is a chance for us to dig a bit deeper and for you to decide if I’m the right fit for your family.

  • You can add an extra week of support to your package for £179. This includes one 45-minute call plus 5 weekdays of follow-up messaging support.

  • You will have access to a range of digital resources. These will make it easy to spot patterns, celebrate progress, and adjust as needed.

  • Some families notice positive changes within a few days, while others take two to three weeks to see consistent improvements. Factors like your child’s temperament, current sleep habits, and how consistently you follow the plan all play a role.

  • Here are a few signs that sleep coaching might be a good fit for your family:

    • You’re feeling overwhelmed: Sleep issues can be exhausting and can affect everyone in the household. If you're feeling exhausted and unsure of what to try next, a sleep coach can offer personalised support and guidance.

    • You want a structured plan: If you're looking for a clear, actionable plan to help improve your child's sleep, sleep coaching provides tailored strategies based on your family's unique needs and routines.

    • You want sustainable results: Sleep coaching isn’t just about quick fixes— it’s about helping your child develop lasting, healthy sleep habits. If you’re ready to make a long-term change, sleep coaching can provide the tools you need.

If you're unsure, we can always discuss your specific sleep concerns to see if coaching is the right path for your family. Together, we can create a plan that aligns with your parenting style and your child's needs.

  • Every child is different, so it depends on their temperament and how they adapt to change. Some little ones adjust quickly with minimal fuss, while others may protest more as they get used to a new routine. Tears can be a natural part of the process, but I’ll never ask you to leave your child to cry alone. We will make changes at a pace that feels right for your family.

  • My approach is all about working together! I’ll provide the guidance, tools, and support, but since I’m not there every night, your involvement is key. This doesn’t mean making drastic changes overnight—just consistency and a willingness to follow the plan we create together. I’ll be there to tweak things as needed and support you every step of the way.

  • Whilst I can’t guarantee results, I do guarantee I’ll provide you with a personalised plan and the tools you need to create positive changes. With consistency and teamwork, most families see big improvements.

  • I will travel up to 150 miles of Northampton. Fees are included in the package.

  • I understand that every family’s needs are different. While I have pre-set packages, I’m happy to discuss add-ons or adjustments to better suit your situation. Let’s chat about what you’re looking for, and we’ll make it work.

  • This is a common concern, and I can help with that. I will find a strategy that both parents are comfortable with. Communication is key!

  • Yes! For in-person packages, adding a sibling is an extra £550, and for online packages, it’s £180. This covers the additional time and tailored support needed for each child.
