Frequently asked questions

  • I wouldn’t call it sleep coaching in the traditional sense - if anything, I’m coaching the parents more than the kids!

It’s about helping you feel more in control and less overwhelmed. I’ll guide you through gentle changes that suit your family, so bedtime feels like less of a battle.

  • The sleep world is currently unregulated, meaning there's no ‘official’ qualification required to be a sleep coach. However, I have completed a qualification in paediatric sleep.

I am also first aid trained, have a DBS and am fully insured.

  • You can add an extra week of support to your package for £150.

  • Some families notice positive changes within a few days, while others take two to three weeks to see consistent improvements. Factors like your child’s temperament, current sleep habits, and how consistently you follow the plan all play a role.

  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed and bedtime’s started to spiral with snack negotiations and a sudden burst of energy at 8:37pm, sleep coaching might be a good next step.

Whether you’re after some structure, more calm, or just a plan that doesn’t fall apart by Thursday, I’m here to help you make lasting changes that feel manageable for your family and kiddo.

If you're unsure, get in touch via my enquiry form or email and we can chat through things!

  • Every child is different. Some adapt quickly, others need more time, and a few tears can be part of that. I use responsive methods, so your child is never left to cry alone, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for your family.

  • My approach is all about working together! I’ll provide the guidance, tools, and support, but since I’m not there every night, your involvement is key. This doesn’t mean making drastic changes overnight, just consistency and a willingness to follow the plan. I’ll be there to tweak things as needed and support you every step of the way.

  • I will travel up to 80 miles of Northampton. Travel and accommodation fees will be added on to the package.

If you're further afield, feel free to get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible. I do love a long drive! (or a trip to the airport 👀).

  • Yes! For in-person packages, adding a sibling is an extra £550, and for online packages, it’s £180. This covers the additional time and tailored support needed for each child.
